My process begins with researching high-quality references of the character to accurately recreate all of their distinctive details. I then design it digitally (previously done by hand), print it on special paper, and apply a sealant to prevent fading, allowing it to dry for a full day.
Next, I prepare the face by cleaning it, marking the eye placement, and applying layers of white paint so the decal colors stand out. The decals are then placed and left to dry overnight. If requested, a matte sealant is applied (subject to availability in Chile). Finally, I hand-paint the remaining details, and any accessories are handmade using epoxy clay ૮ – ﻌ • ა
